Last eve Lord Smat granted me a boon. He allowed me to travel with him within the gates of RavensDale. For an hour he and I spent some time together in Rivendell. Discussing old times, remembering and conversing with Seamus.
I cannot tell you how it felt to be there once again. But I will not have to tell you friends, for tonight, you will be able to experience it yourselves. Those portals will then be open to all of you. Lord Smat has graciously heeded and bestowed upon all of us, my desire to hold our Holiday Festivities in the place where it all began.
Remember all, this is Rivendell. Decorated beatifully for the season and just the same as it ever was. Treat it well and with respect...For Tonight the Gates Open.

You realize it was two years ago TODAY (well, yesterday now...) that Riv's doors were closed? Life is a series of odd coincidences,huh?

It was???? Just how did you remember that. Of course, you remember the oddest things. *chuckle* Like the date we met in Riv and Circe and bronze's wedding date, etc.
